MockupStack is a free, browser-based tool that lets you compose and export App Store and Play Store screenshot mockups. All image processing happens entirely in your browser; no images are uploaded to our servers. The Service is operated as a sub-product of imageandpdf.com.

The Service does not require registration, sign-up, or any personal information to use.

You retain full ownership of every image, screenshot, mockup, and exported file you create using MockupStack. We claim no rights of any kind over your content.

You are also free to use any mockups you export - including for commercial purposes, paid client work, App Store and Play Store listings, marketing materials, and resale of the resulting design - without crediting MockupStack or paying any fee. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any screenshots or other content you load into the tool.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or abusive; to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service or other users; or to misrepresent the Service as your own product.

MockupStack is offered free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free; that exported files will exactly match Apple's or Google's evolving submission requirements; or that browser autosave data will be preserved indefinitely (you should keep your own copies of important work).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall imageandpdf.com, MockupStack, or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to USD $0, reflecting the free nature of the Service.

Pages on this site may link to third-party services such as Google Ads or the Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
